Race for Life Plan
Right, shall we get real? I expect some of us are planning on entering the Race for Life or have done already? It's in June I hear you say, so there is no rush....wrong! and I imagine some of us have possibly struggled to do anything more than our normal exercise regime in preparation for this. We need to get a little more serious now ladies, we need to focus on the fuel in the tank and use this as an opportunity to tone up our now more streamlined bodies.

The website has several training plans and tips to get you moving and allows you to achieve it at walking, jogging or running speed in about 6 weeks.
