Saturday 9th February

Breakfast:
2 high quality free range Cumberland sausages
2 free range organic eggs
2 Flat mushrooms
1 whole baked tomato
1/2 tin of baked beans

2 cups of green blend tea
1 macchiato

Lunch:
Baked white fish
Salad - lettuce, tomato, avacado, cucumber
Olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing
Buttered peas,
Saute sweet potato and white potato wedges.

1 cup of green tea blend


Exercise
30 minute dog walk
1 hour bootcamp session: cardio tennis and circuits
